You can now self schedule in the "My Appointments" Tab. If there is not a visit available and you are an existing patient with a new problem, please portal message and call the office. We have reserved spots for as needed sick visits. We ask that you message or call to schedule a new patient appointment.
Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm. If you or your child require evaluation from a provider for an acute need that cannot wait until business hours, we recommend going to the nearest urgent care or emergency department.
If you/your child is experiencing a medical emergency please go to your nearest emergency department.
Please note that we charge a 30 dollar new patient fee and a 30 dollar membership annual fee.
